Yes. BumbleB English is the English-language education division of MakoStars, offering small group and private lessons, test preparation, and customized programs for children and adults.

はい。BumbleB English（バンブルビー・イングリッシュ）はマコスターズが運営する英語教育部門で、 子どもから大人までを対象にした少人数クラス・プライベートレッスン・試験対策・オーダーメイドの学習プログラムを提供しています。

In addition to books, we are looking to provide other education-related items such as games, toys, and learning tools. If you are a brand or distributor interested in working with us, please contact us.

書籍以外にも、教育関連のゲーム、おもちゃ、学習ツールなどの取り扱いを順次拡大予定です。 ブランド・出版社・代理店の方でお取引にご興味がございましたら、ぜひご連絡ください。

Domestic orders are usually shipped on the next business day after we receive your order. Standard shipping within Japan typically takes about 1–3 days after dispatch.

日本国内のご注文は、通常ご注文の翌営業日に発送いたします。発送後、到着までの目安は 約 1〜3 日程度です（地域や天候・配送会社の都合により前後する場合があります）。

We primarily use Japan Post, Sagawa Express, and Yamato Transport.

Yes. For most shipping methods we provide a tracking number. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Our main distribution center is located in Tokyo, Japan. We also use trusted third-party warehouses in other areas of the country.

Yes, we ship outside Japan, primarily to countries in the Asia region. For international orders, please contact us at info@makostars.com with your shipping address and order details, and we will provide a quote.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination and order size. From time to time, we may offer free-shipping campaigns or coupons.

配送料はお届け先やご注文内容によって異なり、決済画面にて自動計算されます。 また、期間限定で送料無料キャンペーンやクーポンを実施する場合があります。

We resell books and materials from well-known international publishers and brands such as:

We only sell new products that we receive directly from publishers, brands, or distributors. However, because many items are imported, some books may have minor cosmetic damage such as small creases, dents, or edge wear from transportation. To reduce waste, we may still sell these items at regular or reduced prices instead of returning them overseas.

If you are concerned about the condition of a specific title, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to provide additional information or photos.

当店では、出版社・ブランド・正規代理店から仕入れた新品のみを販売しています。 ただし、多くの商品は海外からの輸入品のため、輸送の過程でカバーや角に小さな折れ・キズ・凹みなどの 軽微なダメージが生じる場合があります。

こうした本を海外へ返品することは環境負荷が高いため、状態を明記したうえで通常価格または割引価格で販売することがあります。 商品の状態についてご不安な点がある場合は、ご注文前にお気軽にお問い合わせください。可能な範囲で写真等をご案内いたします。

We always aim to make sure our customers love their products. If you need to return an order, please email us first and we will guide you through the process. Generally, unopened and unused items may be returnable within a limited period after delivery, except for items sold as “slightly damaged” or discounted for condition.

お客様にご満足いただけるよう努めておりますが、万が一返品をご希望の場合は、 まずメールにてご連絡ください。ご返品の可否や手続き方法をご案内いたします。 原則として、未開封・未使用の商品に限り、到着後一定期間内であれば返品をお受けできる場合があります。 ただし、「訳あり品」や状態により割引販売している商品は返品対象外となる場合があります。

For imported books, minor cosmetic damage (small creases, dents, or edge wear) is sometimes unavoidable and not always eligible for standard returns. However, if an item arrives with significant damage that affects use or readability, please contact us with photos and we will work with you to find a solution, such as an exchange or partial refund.

輸入書籍の特性上、軽微な折れ・キズ・角つぶれなどは避けられない場合があり、 その程度によっては通常の返品対象とならないケースもございます。 ただし、使用や読書に支障が出るような大きな破損があった場合は、写真を添えてご連絡ください。 状況を確認のうえ、交換や返金など、個別に対応させていただきます。

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service. We may introduce simple gift options in the future.

We do not sell ebooks at the moment. We love physical books, but we also care about the environment and are always exploring more sustainable options for the future.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify at checkout. Available options will be displayed on the payment screen.

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout system. MakoStars does not store your credit card details on our servers.

We try to reduce waste by minimizing extra packaging, avoiding unnecessary plastic wrapping, and reusing shipping materials where appropriate. Instead of discarding imported books with minor cosmetic damage, we may sell them at a reduced price so that they can still be enjoyed by readers.

マコスターズでは、不要な梱包材や過度なビニール包装をできるだけ減らし、 必要に応じて資材を再利用するなど、環境に配慮した発送を心がけています。 また、輸送時にどうしても生じてしまう軽微なダメージのある輸入書籍を 廃棄するのではなく、状態を明記したうえで割引販売することで、 「もったいない」を減らし、本を必要としている方に届けるよう努めています。
